Preventing sexual harassment in the workplace

Last month, the Federal Parliament introduced the Anti-Discrimination and Human Rights Legislation Amendment (Respect at Work) Bill 2022. It proposes to implement a positive duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. Find out more.

New Record Keeping Requirements for Charities
