Through the VRS, we can assist you with:

- Candidate screening for selected roles.

Volunteer Manager Help Desk
Need advice? All volunteer managers have access to our telephone Help Desk from 10:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Members are also entitled to:
- Document and policy review of your organisation’s specific resources, such as volunteer onboarding documents.
- Tailored one-on-one advice regarding specific organisation policies and procedures
- One-on-one bespoke support.
National Standards for Volunteer Involvement Consultation
Undertake a free consultation to discover where your organisation sits with achieving the Standards and begin an action plan to manage necessary change. Discover the gaps you may have and move forward, with our advice and support.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program
This member-only program will help you acknowledge the professionalism of your staff. Staff participate in professional development throughout the year and gain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points to attain certification as a Professional Leader of Volunteers.

Discounted fees on applicable workshops, masterclasses and Accredited Training courses through the National School of Volunteer Management (RTO code 90031).

Voting rights
As a financial member of The Centre, you are entitled to nominate fellow Members to become Non-Executive Directors of the Board and to vote at our Annual General Meeting.
